To put things in perspective, it is worth noting that full Whois data are available for almost all .nl domains; AFAIK, there is currently no "proxy service" that registrants can use to hide their true identities. It *is* possible for registrants to file an "opt-out" request with the registrar, so that their data will not be made publicly available, but such requests will only be granted if registrants provide a valid reason...
